SHIPPING/RETURN POLICIES

Return Policy


All purchases* (see below for exceptions) are returnable if (UNOPENED); within 30 days. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping rate that applies to your destination, even if you originally had free shipping or, paid a promotional shipping price.

A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any (OPENED) merchandise that is not damaged or defective. All opened merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's box and the product serial number must match the serial number on the manufacturer's box. 



Defective Returns


Defective products must be returned in the original box with all originally packaged materials and an RMA number.

Contact us at 1-800-285-2843 for your RMA number. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will be refused.

THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX LABEL MUST BE INTACT and THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The original product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. 



Damaged Returns


We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service at 1-800-285-2843 



Refusing Undamaged Packages


In the event that you refuse your package, with the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price.
