AVID Technologies, Inc. will celebrate the Company’s first quarter century of business on July 10, 2010, marking 25 years of operation since its founding in August, 1985. The celebration festivities will be held on a historical Tall Ship the first weekend in July, at the Cleveland, OH harbor area. AVID executives, employees, and key Customers will be attending to commemorate AVID’s achievements and growth, and to thank those who have made AVID’s 25 years of success possible.

AVID TECHNOLOGIES IS NOW ITAR REGISTERED
AVID Technologies Inc. is now ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) registered. ITAR regulates the manufacture, export, and transfer of defense-related articles, information, and services and is under the direct oversight of the U.S. Department of State. ITAR is a requirement for participation in many defense-related manufacturing and development programs.
